Refund policy
We have a 15 day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We have the right to cancel an order, and you will be refunded

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of earrings or cleaning products. This is for hygiene reasons and doesn't affect your statutory rights. We cannot accept items that have been engraved, personalised or altered.
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Sweetie Bracelets and Rings with Elasticated thread will not be accepted for return when the Elastic brakes. We do not currently offer a repair service.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Refunds can be requested within 14 days of the date of despatch, and exchanged within 30 days from the date of despatch. If you choose to exchange your item outside of the 14 day refund policy, a refund will not be offered for the exchanged item unless the product is faulty. Returns are accepted via Royal Mail, Tracked The Jewellery Party does not refund the buyer for potage return costs incurred. Returns can only be processed when the item is confirmed delivered at our Head office Please note, orders paid using PayPal, can only be refunded once received via tracked Royal Mail.
Our promise to replace the item or refund your money does not apply to faults or damages caused by accident, neglect or misuse.Please be aware that we can not refund for purchases made using 3rd party.Except in relation to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods, where your statutory rights are unaffected, personalised goods made to a customer's specifications may not be returned.
